This business aims to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for Chinese residents and expatriate seniors in Japan, with a strong emphasis on cultural and linguistic considerations. Facilities are designed to support residents in conversing in their native language, accommodating religious and dietary practices, and observing traditional events, thereby promoting both physical and mental well-being from a multicultural perspective.
To balance profitability with social contribution, each facility is designed with a specialized revenue model, maintaining stable occupancy rates while focusing on the recruitment and training of caregiving personnel. In particular, systems are in place to accept caregiving staff from Southeast Asia and China, contributing to alleviating Japan’s domestic shortage of qualified caregivers.
Looking ahead, the company plans to leverage operational know-how from existing facilities to expand into regional cities outside the Kanto area and into areas with growing inbound tourism demand. The goal is to establish community-based senior care facilities that can meet a wider range of needs. Furthermore, ongoing initiatives include the integration of care technologies and smart care systems to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
