Kakinuma Masashi

After graduating from Hitotsubashi University with a degree in Economics in 1989, he joined the Industrial Bank of Japan, where he was mainly active in the fields of finance and corporate restructuring finance. In 2009, he was elected to the House of Representatives of Japan, serving in roles such as Director of the Committee on Economy, Trade and Industry and Director of the Committee on Finance. In October 2010, he was appointed Assistant to the Chairman of the Policy Research Council of the Democratic Party.

Since 2014, he has primarily engaged in financial consulting, providing services as a specialized advisor.
