DDI CAPITAL CO., LTD. is the investment and development division of the DDI Group in Japan, focusing primarily on real estate development. Our investment targets include senior citizens, young adults, inbound tourists, and resident foreigners, with business operations spanning condominium development, eldercare services, villa projects, and resort developments. 

By fully leveraging the DDI Group’s networks in China and overseas, we conduct broad-ranging projects through cost-effective material sourcing and strategic initiatives such as M&A.
